With over 30 years of experience, David Chambeau has dedicated his career to the art of French pastry. Trained in France, he built his expertise in some of the country’s finest bakeries and pastry kitchens before successfully owning and operating French pastry boutiques in the Caribbean.

In 2016, David was awarded Best King Cake (Galette des Rois) in Paris, one of the highest distinctions in French pastry. This prestigious award reflects his commitment to excellence, authenticity, and craftsmanship.

Today, David brings his passion and expertise to the United States through Héritage Paris, where every croissant, pastry, macaron, and signature dessert is handcrafted using premium ingredients and traditional French techniques. His mission is simple: to offer an authentic Parisian pastry experience with uncompromising quality and timeless elegance.
